Immediately upon receiving a call to transport a patient, a Guardian Flight Communication Specialist sets in motion a coordinated emergency response network by contacting aviation and medical transport teams, arranging for ground transportation and coordinating transfers between the referring and receiving facilities. Each and every call is unique and Guardian Flight’s strength is in providing the most effective, safe transport for the patient’s well being.
Our Communication Specialists are thoroughly trained and hold the NAACS (National Association of Air Medical Communication Specialists) certification. The Communication Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art flight tracking software that allows for accurate, real-time tracking of aircraft and flight crews.
