Fees for Guardian Flight transports are based on distance of flight. Reimbursement from insurance companies is the primary method of payment of medevacs. Guardian Flight works with Medicare, Medicaid, Native Corporations, Blue Cross, and other insurance providers, and will never deny emergency transportation to an individual without insurance. Guardian Flight is always open to negotiation of contracts in order to further cost-effective transports.
